I was waking up with severe pain in my back, not feeling strong enough to lean over the crib and set my baby down, it wasn't pretty.

Now I am able to sleep comfortably, lift heavy objects without fear and most importantly, keep up with my son!


I just wanted to thank you for your support and running the groups and helping me to improve my bladder health because I want to be back lifting heavy things again
